  • 12 teaspoons sweetener (optional, e.g., stevia or honey)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a tiny pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of a 12 oz microwave-safe mug with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add cottage cheese, almond milk, egg white, vanilla extract, and sweetener to the dry mix. Blend with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
