These irresistible ham sliders are quick, easy, and perfect for game day or casual gatherings. With buttery rolls, savory ham, melted Swiss cheese, and a tangy glaze, they’re guaranteed to be a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 810 oz deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 68 oz Swiss cheese, sliced or shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Place the bottom half in your baking dish.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly on the bottom layer of rolls. Add a layer of ham, followed by Swiss cheese slices. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and poppy seeds until smooth.
  5. Generously brush the buttery mixture over the tops of the sliders, ensuring every roll is coated.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let the sliders cool slightly before serving. Use a knife to cut them into individual portions and enjoy!

Notes

Cut the rolls horizontally as a single piece to keep them sturdy during baking. Be generous with the buttery glaze for maximum flavor. Use foil during the first part of baking to prevent over-browning.
