These ham and cheese sliders are warm, cheesy, and tangy, making them the ultimate crowd-pleaser for parties, potlucks, or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 pound sliced deli ham
  • 1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Without separating them, carefully slice the entire pack of rolls horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
  3. Place the bottom layer in your baking dish, then evenly layer the ham slices followed by the cheese slices.
  4. Place the top layer of rolls back on top of the fillings.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Brush the glaze generously over the top of the rolls.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Let the sliders cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use fresh rolls for the best texture, be generous with the glaze, and toast the bottom layer of rolls lightly to prevent sogginess. These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated overnight.
