Warm, gooey cheese, savory ham, and buttery gluten-free buns baked to golden perfection. These sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Gluten-Free Slider Buns
  • Sliced Ham
  • Sliced Cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or mozzarella)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. If the buns are whole, slice them in half horizontally to create tops and bottoms.
  3. Lay the bottom halves of the buns in the prepared baking dish. Add a layer of ham slices, followed by a layer of cheese slices, then top with the bun tops.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
  5. Use a pastry brush to evenly coat the tops of the sliders with the butter glaze. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top if desired.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for 2-3 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
