Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash all fresh fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve strawberries, slice kiwi into rounds, cut pineapple and mango into bite-sized cubes, and leave grapes whole. Pat dry with a clean towel. (About 10 minutes)
  2. Freeze the Fruit: Spread the prepared fruit and frozen berries evenly on a freezer-safe tray or plate. Make sure pieces aren’t touching too closely to avoid clumping. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid but not icy hard.
  3. Make the Lime Glaze: In a mixing bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, lime zest, and honey or agave syrup until combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as you prefer. (5 minutes)
