  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Sweet & Spicy Cinnamon Chickpeas:
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly in a colander under cold water. Pat them dry with clean kitchen towels or paper towels.
