Creamy Razzmatazz Dip - featured image

A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet dip featuring vibrant raspberries, smooth cream cheese, and zesty lime. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional garnishes: fresh mint leaves, extra raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in fresh raspberries using a rubber spatula, being careful not to overmix to keep some raspberries whole.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust sweetness or tanginess by adding more powdered sugar or lime juice if needed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra raspberries and fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers or cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
