  • 1 ounce (30 ml) vodka
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) pumpkin puree
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) pumpkin spice
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • Pumpkin spice (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add 1 ounce (30 ml) of Kahlúa, 1 ounce (30 ml) of vodka, and 1 tablespoon (15 g) of pumpkin puree to the shaker.
  3. Pour in 2 ounces (60 ml) of heavy cream and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of maple syrup. Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) of pumpkin spice.
  4. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds until well combined and creamy.
  5. Fill your glass halfway with ice cubes.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the glass, pouring slowly to avoid splashes.
  7. Optional: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
