A smooth and refreshing iced latte made with creamy oat milk, natural honey sweetness, and warm vanilla flavor, perfect for sunny mornings or mid-afternoon pick-me-ups.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 shots espresso (or 1/3 cup strong coffee)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew 1–2 shots of espresso (or 1/3 cup of strong coffee) and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oat milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until honey is fully dissolved.
  3. Optional: Froth the oat milk mixture using a milk frother or shake it in a sealed jar for 30 seconds.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, leaving room for espresso and milk.
  5. Pour the cooled espresso over the ice, followed by the sweetened oat milk mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon, and serve with a straw.

Notes

[‘Let the espresso cool slightly before pouring over ice to prevent quick melting.’, ‘Taste the oat milk mixture and adjust sweetness as desired.’, ‘Avoid overheating oat milk when frothing to prevent separation.’, ‘Freeze coffee cubes for added flavor without watering down the latte.’]
