A luscious fruit salad featuring a creamy cheesecake-inspired dressing that hugs fresh fruits for a perfect mix of tangy and sweet flavors. Ideal for parties and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 2 cups grapes (red or green, halved)
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes with an electric mixer.
  3. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Set aside.
  4. Wash, peel, and slice all the fruits as needed. Pat them dry to prevent excess moisture.
  5. In a large serving bowl, gently toss the prepared fruits together to distribute evenly. Add mini marshmallows if using.
  6. Pour the cheesecake dressing over the fruit mixture. Using a spatula, gently fold the dressing into the fruit until everything is well coated.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
